WHERE DID ALBERTO COME FROM?
While travelling in Peru, Sean took a trip on Lake Titicaca to the island of Taquile. There on steep stairs was a table with stuffed alpacas in rows. Among them was Alberto. With his twisted face and cheeky grin he was unlike the other alpacas. The connection was instant.
Sean and Alberto have travelled to many places and Sean started taking photos of Alberto among the scenery. When Sean takes photos of Alberto people stop to watch. Cute and crazy Alberto always steals the scene. Anyone watching is captivated and wants to know what is happening.
On many occasions when Sean places Alberto for a photo, people walk up to Alberto and want to hold him. Others like to take photos of Alberto on his adventures around the world.
People often ask about Alberto’s Adventures so Sean started showing them his photos and asking if they could find Alberto. Sean and Alberto then decided to write books to share their story.
